The admission process comprises of the following stages:

Age Criteria:

For admission to Thakur School of Global Education, we normally expect the child to have been born in the year shown against the respective classes

Class Description
Nursery Child should have been born on or before 31-DEC-2022
Prep I Child should have been born on or before 31-DEC-2021
Prep II Child should have been born on or before 31-DEC-2020
Grade I Child should have been born on or before 31-DEC-2019

Application for Admission:

Application form for admission and relevant documents can be obtained from the School Office.

The application form duly filled along with a recent Passport size photograph affixed must be submitted to the School Office on or before the last stipulated date, along with the following documents: 

The Academic Calender and various dates mentioned here are indicative of plans and are subject to change. Students will be expected to stay back for longer hours on certain days and attend school on some Saturdays.

Fees:

Fees are Payable quarterly by way of Cash or Demand Draft drawn in favour of Thakur School of Global Education” or “Wonder Years Pre-School” (as) applicable) payable at Mumbai.
Details of fee structure can be obtained from the school office.

In addition to the fees, parents will be required to meet the expenses towards textbooks, notebooks, materials and activities, uniform, school lunch, breakfast, school transport, educational trips, excursions, major school events / programmes, fees for Public / Board examinations and any other requirements in connection with their child’s education at Thakur School of Global Education.

The Fees should be paid in four equal installments. The first installment is to be paid at the time of admission subsequently, on or before 15th May, 15th September, 15th December, 15th March.

The fee schedule given is subject to change from time to time, at the discretion of Thakur School of Global Education management. The School will communicate to parents any revision in the fee structure.

Thakur School of Global Education has put in place policies and regulations necessary for the effective functioning of the school. It reserves the right to amend its policies and regulations wherever and whenever considered necessary and appropriate. Admissions and Withdrawals:

Registration forms for new admissions are issued in September / October every year. New admissions are subject to availability of seats.

Every admission will be provisional until the submission of applicable documents.

School Transfer Certificate will be issued on the submission of prescribed format of cancellation (Transfer Certificate Application Form) in School E-almanac along with relevant documents. A notice of one full calendar month must be given before the withdrawal of the pupil, failing which fees will be charged for the notice period.

Procedure for Cancellation of Admission: 

All the documents should be submitted personally in School Admin Office.

Due to any unforeseen circumstances, Transfer Certificate Application Form can be submitted through parent’s registered email id along with the required documents.

The students who do not wish to continue for the next academic year, their parents need to apply for the cancellation before 15th April of the current academic year.

The following documents will be needed at the time of cancellation:

Security Deposit will be refunded by the end of the term after deducting the remaining dues, if any.
