Vision Board Session

The Counseling Cell at TSGE conducted a Self- Development workshop for the students on 22 Nov 22, to help them learn and build skills to grow and become better versions of themselves.

To facilitate the same, Vision board and Expressive board Activities were conducted with the students of Grade VII to A levels. The Expressive Board activity consisted of 2 expressive boards – one, where they could write their thoughts, feelings and desires, while the other where they could vent out using paint balls.

Step by step guidance was provided to prepare individual vision boards with relevant pictures and affirmations. This activity enabled students to gain clarity on the direction they could follow in different areas of their lives.

It was an opportunity for them to visualize their goals and establish routes they need to follow to become successful. These Vision boards will act like constant reminders of priorities in life and help them stay on track. Students thoroughly enjoyed this workshop and learnt a lot about themselves.
