TSGE Shark Tank 2022

Commerce day is an important event in the world. Every year it is celebrated on the 1st Monday of August to celebrate workers’ daily services and sacrifices.
On account of this occasion, we, at Thakur School of Global Education, organised the ‘TSGE Shark Tank’ for learners across grade VIII to A levels. In this event, learners were inventors, marketers, accountants, financial experts, speakers and much more. They brought in their innovative products and services and pitched it to our sharks (judges). We had an enthusiastic and experienced panel of sharks namely, Ms Hemali Vyas, COO at the TIS, TSGE and TPS, Ms Greena Karani, Chief Financial Officer of the Thakur group and Ms Dharmisha Gokani, the proprietor of D’aromas, a famous coffee brand.
TSGE Shark Tank exposed the learners to various skills. The learners developed business models and presented it in innovative and creative ways to the sharks. One of the participants, reflected on the event and said, “We developed innovation, creativity, confidence, decision making, presentation, negotiation and many more life developing skills.”
We at TSGE constantly strive to ensure to present to our learners various opportunities that will lead to their overall growth and development so that they become a competent global citizen.
